I can honestly stay the service was great. The management as well as the staff was on point with everything. I was there for 3 month. Very polite people and attentive to guests 5 stars hands down to the staff
We were traveling from New Jersey to Philadelphia late last night and made a reservation through Priceline around 11:30 PM. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean and comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long drive. Overall, a great experience for a last-minute stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. If there was anything that needed to be addressed, it was done in a very professional manner. My room has always been clean, and in good order
I've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years with zero problems; the rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are nice and helpful if you're in need of anything. I don't get to pick my hotels when I'm working, but I'd definitely look this place up if I was in the area for vacation or anything else!
Nice breakfast spread. Room was nice but we an issue with the TV being fuzzy first night. Found it it was due to coaxial cable being loose the next day and screwed it in - problem solved. Shower curtain hung too high so water ran onto bathroom floor easily. Very responsive staff.
Rooms were clean and comphy. We have had to come down alot this year. Far enough away from the hospital (still only a 20 min drive from fox chase) the employees were friendly and remembered us. The price is great and they accept pets. Our dog is usually calm after a little and there is a back door to take the dog out in private. Believe it or not their towels are great.. (no I don't take any but have thought to ask about buying some. Lol
The people are great especially Morgan at front desk and Manny who does breakfast. Especially friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are welcome and comfortable! Stayed twice for 3 days both times and would stay again if I have the need. Thanks for making me feel welcome
Great professional, friendly staff. Stove didn't work. Some housekeeping things overlooked (washcloth stains, holes in comforter, residue on table)
